Welcome To No Man’s Land
Meet The Crew
Captain Justine

Hamer Time at the Helm
Justine has been a licensed captain for 10 years, but she’s been cruising the waters of Bay County for 13. Her favorite part of the job? Exploring what’s under the surface—finding shells, spotting marine life, and basically being a professional treasure hunter. She’s seen reef manta rays in the Gulf and even came across a Queen Helmet Conch in the Bay. Off the water, Justine’s all about CrossFit, gardening, and traveling whenever she can.
Captain Jaya

From Helm to Hot Wings
With six years on the water and two years as a licensed captain, Jaya knows her way around a boat. Her favorite part of the job? Showing people there’s nothing to be afraid of on the water—it’s all fun once you’re out there. Out on the water, she’s spotted some amazing wildlife—including a giant oceanic manta ray! When she’s not captaining, you can find her enjoying chicken wings at Christos. Fun fact: Jaya has a twin sister—and yes, the twin telepathy is real!
Deckhand Sophia

Locally Sourced Mermaid
Sophia is about as local as it gets. She practically grew up at Shell Island and was baptized in St. Andrews Bay. When she’s not out on the boat, you’ll probably find her grabbing a coffee at Wild Root or wandering around Downtown Panama City. Sophia loves fishing, spending time with friends, and keeping an eye out for her favorite sea creatures: stingrays and hammerhead sharks.
